Curlrex warrants this product to be free from defects under normal use for one year from the original date of purchase. If this product is broken within the warranty period, contact our customer service ( support@curlrex.com ) and send the product serial number and date of purchase. After confirming that it is a genuine Curlrex product, we will ship a free replacement from a nearby warehouse within 24 hours and provide you with the tracking number.
